What are the conditions you need to know

that you matter profoundly?

The Space Between us…

There is room here for grief.

For overwhelm.

For disillusionment.

For despair.

For the quiet feelings that have waited a long time to be welcomed.

There is no need to arrive with everything neatly understood.

Or held together.

Whatever longs for a place to belong is received here with warmth, curiosity and respect.

Time moves at the pace of your nervous system.

Not the pace of urgency.

Together, we cultivate a more generous relationship with time.

A place to think.

To feel.

To remember.

To reclaim.

What has been exiled belongs.

Here, you matter profoundly.

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.

Many people arrive with the feeling that something important has been silenced inside them, or feeling their own voice has been overwhelmed by the noise and urgency of the outside world.

This work creates the conditions for that relationship with yourself to begin again.

This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about becoming more able to live from what has always been deeply yours.

What Happens Between Us...

Every session is different because every person is different.

There is no agenda to fix you or rush you towards change.

You set the pace.

Your body.
Your nervous system.
Your thinking.
Your needs.

Some sessions are spent thinking. Some are spent sitting quietly. Some involve guided embodied enquiry, imagery or reflective practices. We follow what serves your process rather than a fixed agenda.

Together, we listen for what your body already knows, what your thinking is trying to articulate, and what is quietly ripening within you.

I don't offer certainty.

I offer the kind of attention that allows your thinking to deepen, your questions to become clearer and your inner authority to strengthen.

Together, we'll cultivate the conditions in which the many intelligences alive within you can begin to speak to one another, deepening your embodied discernment so your choices become more deeply your own.

Discernment grows slowly.

Not through striving.

But through recognising what is truly yours, what once protected you and what is now ready to soften.

Through this relational practice, you may begin to...

Reclaim what has always belonged to you

  • feel more deeply connected to your own agency, inner authority and capacity to choose.

  • trust the intelligence of your body, emotions, nervous system and values.

  • recognise when you are leaving yourself behind and respond with greater compassion and care.

  • reshape patterns of protection so they serve the life you want to live.

Live from your own aliveness

  • make choices that feel more congruent with who you are and what matters most to you.

  • develop boundaries that honour both yourself and your relationships.

  • ask for what you need with clarity, respect and without apology.

  • grow in self-assertiveness in ways that feel genuinely aligned to your values rather than performative.

  • trust your neurodivergent body, nervous system, needs and ways of knowing.

Participate more fully in your life and your relationships

  • recognise and honour your own learning and developmental unfolding.

  • deepen your capacity to meet grief, complexity, uncertainty and joy with greater steadiness.

  • build boundaries that embrace your needs and your significant kin.

This Work May Resonate If...

  • You've become so practised at adapting that you've begun to wonder what it costs you to keep leaving yourself behind.

  • You're questioning the cost of masking and the shape of a life that feels more truly your own.

  • You experience the world deeply and are weary of being told you're "too much”.

  • You feel like you are leaving yourself behind in order to belong.

  • You long for a slower, more spacious way of being alive.

  • You're carrying grief - for yourself, for others or for our world, and you're longing for somewhere your grief doesn't have to be explained to be welcomed.

  • You long for a place where your whole self is welcomed with warmth, curiosity and respect.

You can reclaim your authority... you don't have to do this alone.

Is this therapy?

My work is therapeutic in depth and orientation, but it is not psychotherapy or counselling.

It draws on extensive training and experiential practice in somatic, relational, grief-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice, alongside coaching, supervision and ongoing professional development.

My work begins from the understanding that neurodivergence is not a disorder to be fixed, but a way of being in and experiencing the world.

Rather than diagnosing or treating mental illness from the medicalised position, we work together to cultivate greater awareness, choice, embodiment and relationship with your experience from the position that neurodivergence is integral to who you are, not a condition or a disorder to be managed or fixed.

If I believe another form of support would better meet your needs, I will always discuss this openly and help you think about appropriate next steps.

"Commit to loving yourself.
It's the most radical thing you will do in your lifetime."
