Fees

I mostly work online, where many clients find the familiarity of home allows them to settle more deeply into the work. I also offer walking sessions locally and meet from a therapy room in Bristol for those who prefer to work in person.

Sessions last 90 minutes, creating enough spaciousness for something deeper to emerge without rushing what is only beginning to unfold.

A sliding scale

I offer a privilege-based sliding scale because I believe access matters.

It is one way I try to hold together two values that are both important to me: making this work as accessible as possible, while honouring the time, care and sustainability required to offer it well as an autistic woman.

If you are able to choose a higher tier, you help make this practice more accessible for someone whose financial circumstances would otherwise place it beyond reach.

I simply ask that you choose your fee with honesty, according to your current resources and circumstances.

Pay it Forward - £175.00

For those who are comfortably or abundantly resourced and would like to widen access

for others.

An additional £25 from your fee supports a reduced-cost session for someone else,

which I also match.

A note about this work

This is a relational practice that unfolds over time.

Rather than offering quick solutions, we cultivate the conditions for lasting change through sustained attention, thoughtful enquiry and faithful practice.

Many people find it helpful to think of this work less as a series of isolated sessions and more as an ongoing practice - one that gradually shapes how they relate to themselves, their relationships and the wider world.
