This work has grown over more than twenty-five years of creative practice, somatic and embodied enquiry, coaching, ecological thinking and therapeutic learning. It continues to evolve through ongoing study, supervision, practice and lived experience.

My practice continues to be shaped by twenty-five years as a movement artist and researcher investigating what moves us, alongside the work of Francis Weller, Joanna Macy, Thomas Hübl, Báyò Akómoláfé, Jungian and depth psychology, Polyvagal-informed and Somatic Justice practices and many teachers whose work deepens my understanding of relationship, embodiment and participation.
