My practice continues to be shaped by twenty-five years as a movement artist and researcher investigating what moves us, alongside the work of Francis Weller, Joanna Macy, Thomas Hübl, Báyò Akómoláfé, Jungian and depth psychology, Polyvagal-informed and Somatic Justice practices and many teachers whose work deepens my understanding of relationship, embodiment and participation.
